Yay, finally got the chance to visit the Trampoline Park last
March 6, 2016 with my BFF’s Ben (also my boyfie) and Keeshia.
At first we were a bit shy because there are a lot of kids and
we’re the only adults that came in.
It is believed that the park provides an excellent flying
adventure that lets you defy gravity while you constantly work on moving
around, adjusting your balance, and improving blood circulation, and It did!
Look how happy I am here:
Trampoline also reduces stress hormones
and releases endorphins or the good chemical in the body.
But as we enter and starts jumping, oh
men, we went crazy.
One, two, three, JUMP!
Releasing stress! Releasing endorphins!
Jumping around for an hour is a bit
tiring but FUN! I encourage you to try this with your loved ones.
